Since 1999 NATO has helped to arrange numerous training events, all aimed at tree officers in the UK. We have successfully delivered over 150 workshop style seminars with over 2200 training places filled.
Our partnership with TRA came to an end in 2008, and we have since put together our own programme from 2009 through to 2011. We have run workshops which are similar to those delivered previously, limited to just 20 places and run by experts in their particular field. The training days are intensive but from the feedback we have received over the past 10 years we are confident that this type of training is right for you as tree officers in local government. We have aimed to cover the country geographically and have used venues in London, Manchester and Cambridgeshire.
BS 5837 Revision and New TPO Regulations: Roadshows
NATO is supporting the AA's programme of roadshows on both the 5837 revision presented by Richard Nicholson and the new TPO regs presented by Peter Annett.
